About me.
I teach young people engineering and science at Science Leadership Academy in Philadelphia. I came to SLA through the Philadelphia Teaching Residency Program and am a Noyce Scholar at Drexel University's School of Education.
Prior to teaching, I spent a few decades as an entrepreneur, co-founding WAM Systems, a global provider of supply chain planning and optimization solutions to large manufacturers. Before WAM, I designed spacecraft at GE for many years. I hold engineering degrees from Penn State and Villanova.
When not teaching science and engineering, I can be found playing jazz clarinet, practicing yoga, or inventing oddities in my workshop.
